Q: Where do I meet my chauffeur?
A: For flights arriving at Terminal 1, meet your chauffeur at the bottom of the escalator in Baggage Claim. For flights arriving at Terminal 3, meet your chauffeur at the baggage carousel.
Q: How do I identify my chauffeur?
A: Your chauffeur will display a sign with your name on it. If you provided your cell number upon booking, you will receive chauffeur information via text message. If you cannot find your chauffeur, please call our dispatch team at 702.462.6600.
Q: What if my flight is early, late, delayed, or changes gates?
A: At Omni, our system automatically updates your flight status to ensure our chauffeurs are given updated arrival information and respond accordingly. With the flight number you provide at the time of booking, we track your flight and arrival terminal for seamless pickup.
Q: I am arriving at the airport, and it may take time to get my bags. Is any waiting time included in my reservation? Is “waiting time” ever charged?
A: Charges incur starting when our chauffeur arrives at the terminal and your plane has landed.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel up to 48 hours ahead of your scheduled pick up for a full refund. Within 48 hours, you may cancel but will be charged the full amount of your ride.
Q: May I book a roundtrip?
A: Yes. During the reservation process, you will be asked if you would like a return ride. You will have a chance to review your total cost prior to finalizing your reservation.
Q: What types of vehicles do you have?
A: We offer a range of vehicles from luxury sedans, SUVs, executive vans, and minibuses. Please check our “fleet & rates” page to see our full vehicle offerings.
Q: When is my credit card charged for the service? May I pay cash to the chauffeur?
A: Your credit card is charged upon booking. Our Chauffeurs do not handle cash transactions.
Q: What are your surcharges?
A: We have a fluctuating fuel surcharge (based on Department of Energy index), 3% passenger tax, a $3 or $7 sanitization fee depending upon the vehicle type, as well as a $5 flat airport parking fee (for arrivals only).
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: Do you provide alcohol/champagne in your vehicles?
A: We are prohibited by law in providing or transporting alcoholic beverages.
Q: May I book a vehicle for High School event such as Prom?
A: Yes. However, there is an 8-hour minimum charge, and you must have a chaperone who is 18-years of age or over, travelling with you. This person must show proof of age at pick up. If at the time of pick up, there is no chaperone present, we will be unable to proceed with the reservation and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
Q: Can you transport me outside of Nevada?
A: Yes, we are licensed for interstate transportation. Please specify pickup and drop-off locations on our reservations page for a detailed price. It is recommended that you email us at email@example.com for out-of-state transportation.
Q: What if I have not received my confirmation email?
A: If you have not received your confirmation email within one-hour of booking, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend.
Q: How much should I tip my chauffeur?
A: For convenience, a 20% customary chauffeur gratuity is included in your reservation price. Additional tips may be provided in cash at your discretion.
